Holding both a Real Estate License and an MBA from Governors State University, she plays a key role in ensuring operational excellence across our portfolio. Muhammad Abdelfattah joins us as our IT Specialist, bringing a strong background in IT and cybersecurity. With a BS in Computer Science from Benedictine University, Mo oversees technology operations, strengthens cybersecurity, and leads automation initiatives to enhance efficiency across the company. We’re excited to announce that we’ve successfully sold Ridgeland Station Apartments, an 84-unit multifamily property in Chicago Ridge, IL! At acquisition in 2019, Ridgeland Station offered significant value-add opportunities through exterior and interior improvements. Over our 6-year hold, we installed new windows and sliding doors, upgraded balconies, refreshed hallways, resurfaced parking lots, and replaced water heaters.
