Did you know? Prolonged sitting can lead to tight muscles, poor posture, and even discomfort or pain. A simple way to combat this is by incorporating stretching into your daily routine. Here are a few stretches to help you stay limber and feel great throughout the day: 1. Neck Stretch: Gently tilt your head to each side, holding for 15-30 seconds. This can help relieve tension built up from looking at screens. 2. Seated Hamstring Stretch: While seated, extend one leg out straight and reach towards your toes. Hold for 15-30 seconds and switch sides. This stretch helps alleviate tightness from prolonged sitting. 3. Shoulder Shrugs: Lift your shoulders towards your ears and then release. Repeat 10 times.
