August 26-30 is National Crisis Residential Week. In Georgia, Benchmark operates short-term respite homes for individuals experiencing acute crisis, with the goal of stabilizing and transitioning them into less restrictive environments. Benchmark's Employee Resource Group (ERG), Queer Unity for Employee Education & Resources (Q.U.E.E.R.) hosted a booth at Fort Wayne Pride this past weekend. Officers for the group, Justin Amos, Joshua Robinson, and Adele Allen represented Benchmark's vision of creating a workplace inclusive of all. The group also raised money for NORTHEAST INDIANA POSITIVE RESOURCE CONNECTION INC, which provides HIV education, prevention, testing, and linkage to care, while working to advance a positive and stigma-free community response. #pride #employeeresourcegroup #inclusiveworkplace #inclusivity #ERG
