    ?? #TeamScience at the Museum of the African Diaspora! Earlier this month, Benchlings spent an afternoon at the MoAD, to celebrate and learn about Black cultures. As #BlackHistoryMonth comes to a close, we’d like to recognize our employee resource group for #BIPOC Benchlings and allies. From round table discussions, to donation campaigns for Black-focused charities, and of course, snacks from Black-owned businesses, our BIPOC group has created space for reflecting on the history, contributions, and resilience of Black communities — not just this month, but year-round. Special appreciation goes to Travis B. Mitchell, who’s led our BIPOC group for several years — thank you for making our community a more vibrant and inclusive place.     “I think there's huge opportunity, not just to 10x the number of medicines that we get to market,” says Sajith Wickramasekara on BBC News, "but to make every step of getting them through the process of drug research and development way faster, way more automated, and take fewer people.” "The industry should be aiming for 500, not 50, drugs per year, and to do it faster," says Saji. “That's where we come in at Benchling. We build technology that makes R&D faster, and I think there's never been a greater need.” He spoke with BBC News about #biotech’s productivity challenges, the industry’s changing global landscape, and how technology like #AI will fuel greater innovation.
