Chambers and Partners has recognized Bench Walk Advisors as Litigation Funder of the Year 2025: a mind-boggling honour from the foremost rankings guide in the UK legal industry. The business that Stuart and I have built over the past seven years has come a long way. Huge thanks to Stu—an outstanding lawyer and fantastic partner—and to the entire Bench Walk team, including Ayse (featured in the pic!), our newest Managing Director and, very fortunately for me, my brilliant wife. She represented us at the ceremony tonight with her famously fearless approach that has been instrumental in getting us here. Heartfelt thanks to our investors, claimants, plaintiffs and counterparties. There are too many outstanding individuals to name—if I singled one out, I’d risk detracting from the rest. But by gum, it has been a privilege to work with such a talented group, and I look forward to many more years of it.
