Hidden Award Tickets No One Tell You ?Why Award Tickets seem like a Scam? One of the most common problems people have is finding a good deal with their points. ? I know that you see the travel influencers talking about finding great deals with their points. 70,000 points for business class lie flat seats gets thrown around a lot. .?But when you search you only find 200,000 points and more. ?Is it a scam or not??? ? I want to uncover the mystery here. Because there are actually two type of awards and not many people know how to find the cheaper award. But I am going to take a page from my Airline Masterclass today to show you... ? Two Types of Award Redemptions: Standard vs. Saver Awards When redeeming airline miles, travelers face two key options:?Standard Redemptions, which are easily accessible but often costly, and the coveted?Saver Awards, which offer incredible value but are hard to find. Here's the breakdown: 1. Standard Redemption What It Is: These are the redemptions most travelers see when they search for award tickets. Standard awards are tied to the cash price of the ticket, making them predictable but less valuable. Example: A?business class ticket from LAX to Japanpriced at $4,000 might require?250,000 miles, translating to a?1.6 cents per mile (CPM)?value. Who It’s For: Casual travelers who prioritize convenience over maximizing the value of their points. Why It’s a Poor Deal: While you’re still saving cash, you’re not getting the best return on your points compared to Saver Awards. 2. Saver Award (The Unicorn of Redemptions) What It Is: Saver Awards are capacity-controlled redemptions that require far fewer miles than Standard Redemptions, making them the most valuable use of points. Example: That same?$4,000 business class ticket from LAX to Japan?might cost?only 75,000 miles?as a Saver Award. This redemption gives you a?5.3 CPM, a massive improvement over the 1.6 CPM value of Standard Awards. Why It’s Rare: Airlines release these awards sparingly to manage inventory and reward their most loyal or savvy customers. ? Why Saver Awards Matter The difference between Standard and Saver Awards can be significant: A?Standard Redemption?(250,000 miles for a $4,000 ticket) gives you?1.6 cent per point( CPM). A?Saver Award?(75,000 miles for the same $4,000 ticket) provides?5.3?cent per point (CPM). Knowing how to find and book Saver Awards turns your points into premium travel experiences, giving you more value for your miles and enhancing your journey. Start planning smarter, and let your miles take you further!

Thanks to US News and World Report for reaching out to me for this story as their expert on Travel Insurance. This is an area that many people don't understand how it works. But you may already have travel insurance included from your travel credit card or you can buy a separate travel policy. They really range from one carrier to the next. But the coverage that is most common is usually trip delay. That’s when a trip on a common carrier ( like plane or train) is delayed by 6 or 12 hours (depends on your policy). You are covered. Never sleep on the airport floor again. Never need to stand in line for a food voucher unless you want it. Most policies will cover you starting at $500 and up for your delay. Use it for Hotel, food, and transportation. This is what you need to have for all your flights. If you want to get a quote for a policy or need the right credit card. Ask below.

The best advice you’ll hear on a Friday and it’s free. [Read this if more media exposure would help your cause] There’s several phases to getting media features: -Attraction -Interviewing -Execution -Follow Up I want to focus on just one and give you the cold hard, honest truth. The kind that no one else will share. Here are the 7 things you must do to land more media features: 1. Think visually What visual elements can you provide? This will help the journalist really see the story for themselves. And it adds an inviting feature. 2. Be open No one likes a curmudgeon. (I don’t get to use that word often)??? Be open, transparent, and engaging because people like working with people they like. 3. Avoid assumptions Your journalist may not be up to speed. Don’t assume they know your industry, expertise, or value of the story. Ask how much complexity they want. 4.Soundbites are key ?? You have to nail this to stand out. Talk in complete sentences and show brevity. Demonstrating crispness shows the journalist you’ll do well on TV. 5. Empathy reigns supreme There’s people behind every story. Show a little consideration for the victims, the person in focus, and the journalist. This could the biggest difference maker. 6. Aim for accuracy You have to ensure accuracy. Invite the journalist to interrupt you. Nothing is worse than getting the story wrong. It hurts both parties. 7. Never lie?? This is non-negotiable. You’d be surprised by how often people will tell white lies, omit, or flat out fib to journalists. Just don’t do it. Start implementing these now. Watch your media exposure tick up and up. Let me know in the comments if any of these resonates with you! #pr #mediaexposure #professionaldevelopment

Breaking news!
AA and United flyers : Are you worried you may not qualify for elite status next year? What if I told you that one of the most underutilized tip I teach my clients is how to leverage your elite status and get courted by competing airlines. Vietnam air lines is offering a status match just launched 20 minutes ago. This gives you the opportunity to get status with Delta sky team Alliance. this means access to a airport lounge whenever you’re flying any sky team member especially when you’re flying internationally this can come really in handy. This will give you benefits, like sky, priority, check-in, immigration, boarding, increased, check bag, and lounge access. There is a fee that starts at $99 to match for their titanium tier.
