It's Climate Week! We're proud to be working to reduce the climate impact of our dairy production, one dairy farm at a time. Right now, 7 farms we work with in the US and 10 in Europe have signed up to work toward lowering their greenhouse gas emissions through our Low-Carbon Dairy project. ??

When Ben & Jerry's were informed of a government policy that made it incredibly difficult for asylum seekers to gain work in the Netherlands, they knew they had to act. They launched a multi-channel campaign, "Half Baked Ice Cream for a Half Baked Policy", combining the brand's creativity and determination to foster positive change. Utilising #YouTube to spread the message and inform the public, Ben & Jerry's were able to accrue over 11,000 signatures opposing the regulation within six months of launching their campaign. Our UK team is throwing this summer’s sweetest festival! Last week we held our annual Community Action Team day! It's an opportunity for employees to get out into their community and make a difference for organizations in need. The project was led by the Vermont manufacturing teams in St. Albans and Waterbury. Over 250 employees participated in 16 projects in local communities where employees live. Pretty sweet!
