Using the BEMO-Flex system and precision CNC technology, we created over 260,000 custom modular clip attachments, achieving seamless connections and adapting precisely to the structure creating the final exterior smooth curvature. ?? Project Completion Announcement! We’re excited to announce the successful completion of our BEMO-Lightspan? ETFE project at the United States Air Force Academy in Colorado Springs! This innovative ETFE installation features a two-layer cushion system utilizing 250 μm clear foils. The fully transparent foils beautifully highlight the inflation within the canopies, creating a stunning visual effect. One of the significant challenges we faced was engineering for the high snow and wind loads at Colorado Springs. After an intricate design phase, our collaboration with Powers Products Co. led to a seamless installation that exceeded all expectations. The end result is nothing short of phenomenal! ?? Have you been watching Sunday Night Football? ?? The last two Sundays brought us exciting games at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium—featuring a stunning roof designed and built by Bemo UK! This project was all about precision and innovation. We created a custom aluminum standing seam profile for the stadium’s outer ring, known as the Bull-Nose. Prefabricated in Ireland and installed with cranes, the job involved a total of 193 elements covering 49,805 sq ft. One major challenge? The egg-shaped design required us to develop solutions to seamlessly close the gaps between segments—enter our custom BEMO MONRO standing seam panels. But that’s not all! The project also included 810 roof elements clad with 17,820 aluminum panels, covering a total of 232,507 sq ft. Some panels were perforated for sound absorption, and special designs were implemented to handle structural movements and expansion joints. We used 500mm Standing Seam Metal panels in .040" Aluminum with a natural stucco embossed finish. Here’s a wall system to brighten up your Wednesday! Our Atlas Phase 2 project is proudly on display at Discovery Business Park in Tempe, AZ, featuring ACM wall panels. Bemo unitized the panels in sequence, allowing for a faster and more uniform installation for our customer. A series of five panels were installed together as a unit, streamlining on-site layout and reducing the number of elements the team needed to handle. This remarkable endeavor features our 305mm Standing Seam Metal Roofing Curved Panels, encompassing an impressive 135,000 square feet of .040” aluminum, completed in 2020. With panels extending up to 351 feet in length wrapping down into the walls which included specially developed clips to allow for the thermal expansion and contraction as well as the Hurricane load requirements. We achieved a striking continuous and seamless appearance.
