Heading into the craziest time of year, we’d like to sincerely thank and recognize the Beltway Team! We love our clients & vendors, but it’s our team of rockstars that deserve all the credit! 2023 is the first full calendar year that Beltway Lending has been in business and we recently crossed a major milestone. Our team has originated over $100 million in rental loans this calendar year, and we still have a couple weeks left! We’d be lying if we didn’t say this exceeded our expectations, and we couldn’t be happier with the team’s success or more excited for next year!
