Women's Mentorship
Bellwether is committed to the advancement of women in commercial real estate through both our internal employee resource group and the Bellwether Women’s Mentorship Program in which our female employees mentor undergrad students interested in pursuing a career in real estate. Both programs provide opportunities for women to connect, share experiences and gain insight from each other.
Philanthropy
Philanthropy is a core part of our culture. We aim to strengthen our community not only through the investments we manage, but also by making an impact through local non-profits, including environmental, social services and educational organizations. In the past two years, we held holiday food drives, hosted a beach clean-up, participated in cancer fundraisers, supported the Make-A-Wish Foundation and hosted a company-wide beautification project of the West LA Veteran's Association campus.
Professional Development
We are dedicated to providing opportunities for continuous learning and development at all levels. Analysts are provided with a 4-week focused training program and continued support through our mentorship program which helps foster professional growth. We offer extensive leadership training, including structured programs for emerging leaders and 1:1 executive coaching for senior leaders. We’ve also partnered with “Training the Street” to provide instructor-led courses in finance for our team.
