We are so proud to announce our very own Maggie, STNA from Columbus, as the Hospice Caregiver of the Year! ?? This award is presented by the Ohio Council for Home Care and Hospice at their annual conference. Maggie was nominated by one of her supervisors, and is so deserving! Maggie is kind, empathetic, hard working, fun, dedicated, loving and loyal. Our Bella Team is not complete without her. Your Bella Team loves and is so proud of you, Maggie! Celebrate Life! ?? We were so pleased to be able to make one of our patients biggest dreams come to life! Being a true animal lover… what better thing than to bring to zoo to her!! ?? She and her family and friends enjoyed a visit from The Columbus Zoo- and it was smiles all around! ?? Great job, team Bella! This is truly what it’s all about.

At Bella Care Hospice, we believe in celebrating life every day. Adrian is one of our cherished patients and he loves painting in his room, but he’s always had a special place in his heart for arcade games—something he’s enjoyed since the 1970s. Recently, his care team made it possible for him to relive those memories with an outing to Marion's Pizza followed by an afternoon of fun at Gaming Adventures in Englewood. A heartfelt thank you to his amazing care team: Nurse Nadia, STNA Taylor, Social Worker Rachel, Volunteer Coordinator Abbey, and Chaplain Brian for making this day so special for Adrian. A little rain didn’t get us down! ?? We had a great time last week golfing in and sponsoring a hole at the Foundations Health Solutions Golf Outing in Ashtabula County! A great event to support the Alzheimer’s Association! ??
