We have genuine reason to be celebrating #IWD25 at Bell Geospace. This time last year, we had three women on our team. Today, that number has more than doubled. Over the past year, we’ve welcomed four more talented women, including our first female field crew member—an important step in an industry that has long been male-dominated. We’re also proud to celebrate career growth within our team. One of our colleagues has stepped into a leadership role as our new Sales Director—an achievement that not only reflects her expertise and dedication but also marks a significant shift in our company’s management, which has historically been all male. At the same time, we’ve supported another team member as she took time off to start a family, reinforcing our commitment to a workplace that values both professional and personal milestones. We acknowledge that, like many companies in our industry, we have historically lacked diversity and it is good to see these improvements. We will demonstrate how Full Tensor Migration (FTM) is delivering outstanding Full Tensor Gradiometry (FTG) results—like the example below, courtesy of Lundin Mining Corporation / SOMINCOR - Lundin Mining where cross-cutting faults become strikingly clear. In this case, FTM maps the FTG response from the deep antiformal structure hosting Neves Corvo VMS deposits, revealing structural and fault complexity along the NW-oriented, NE-gently dipping structure.
