It is with profound sadness that the Believe in Africa Foundation mourns the passing of basketball hall of famer Dikembe Mutombo. He was one of the greatest basketball centers in modern times, a timeless ambassador for the Democratic Republic of the Congo, and a true son of Africa. Dikembe's impact transcended the basketball court. His towering presence and unwavering dedication to his homeland inspired millions across the globe. He was a symbol of hope, resilience, and the unwavering spirit of Africa. His humanitarian work, particularly his efforts to improve healthcare in the DRC, will leave an enduring legacy of compassion and service. The Believe in Africa Foundation extends its deepest condolences to Dikembe's family, friends, and the people of the Democratic Republic of the Congo. His memory will forever be etched in our hearts as a legend who embodied the very best of Africa. https://lnkd.in/gr-kibTm
