The Bel Group is a major player in the food industry through portions of dairy, fruit and plant-based products, and one of the world leaders in branded cheeses. Its portfolio of differentiated and internationally recognized brands includes The Laughing Cow?, Kiri?, Babybel?, Boursin?, Nurishh?, Pom’Potes?, and GoGo squeeZ?, as well as some 30 local brands. Over the past five years, our action plan has led us to?achieve a 50% gender balance among managers.     Last week, Bel Benelux celebrated the launch of Boursin? Plant-Based with an exclusive event in Antwerp, featuring influencers and the press. Guests were immersed in the world of Boursin?, starting with a captivating workshop on aromatic herbs led by Natalie SCHRAUWEN, founder of ELDERLab and the kombucha brewery BRON. ? Chef Lander Hanskens from #Camionnette shared his expert culinary tips, revealing secrets to enhance dishes, making them as beautiful as they are delicious. ? Guests were enchanted by the aromas of fresh herbs, refreshed at the kombucha bar, and delighted to discover our new Boursin? Plant-Based, both at the tasting stand and in the menu developed by Chef Lander.??? ? Starting March 1st, we are proud to partner with the Veggie Challenge and ProVeg International, a leading initiative in vegetarianism and veganism in the Benelux.     ???I am thrilled to share our 2024 results! This year has been a testament to the robustness?of Bel and the resilience?of our model.? ? We achieved solid?top-line growth with 3.4% organic growth, made of 4.3% of growth in volume and mix, reaching €3.7 billion in revenue. 75% of our markets have gained value market share last year. Our core brands like Mini Babybel?, Boursin?, Kiri?, and GoGo Squeez? have shown dynamic trends in all our key geographies and our strategic channels, eCommerce and Out of Home, have grown strong double digits for the 5th year in a row. ???? ? In 2024, we made significant investments to power our transformation in our industrial footprint, RID, Data& Tech, sustainability and employee shareholding plan.? ? All this landed to 6.8% operating margin at €253M. Looking ahead to 2025, we are prepared to face challenges. Our family-owned company with its long-term vision has a role to play to build a positive food system. Food is not just a commodity; it is a fundamental human right.     ?? [2024’s Full-Year Financial Results] Bel delivers strong performance with growth in volumes and continues strategic diversification with core brands while accelerating transformation. ? In 2024, we achieved a robust financial performance with: ??Organic sales growth of +3.4%, made of 4,3% of growth in volume and mix, reaching €3.74 billion (+2.6% in published data); ??Operating profit of €253M, up +1.1% compared to 2023; ??75% of our geographies gaining market shares. ? This performance was driven by strong volume growth in cheese products across all key markets (U.S., Great Britain, France, Germany, Saudi Arabia, China), continued growth trajectory in fruit snacking, and excellent dynamics in E-commerce and Out-of-Home distribution channels. ? 2024 was also marked by transformation milestones: ???Strengthening by €192M our industrial capabilities with major investments in our plants to support future growth; ?? Supporting innovation through investing €7.5M in our Vend?me RID center; ?? €32M allocated to Data & Tech in our factories, supply chain and innovation to accelerate sustainable growth; ?? Adopting Mission-Led Company status and launching "We Share", our first employee shareholding plan to share value with all employees ??
