BYIA’s mission is to provide direction and guidance to underserved students and young adults through coaching and mentorship from nationally decorated public speakers and emerging professionals in Corporate America. This mentorship incorporates curriculum to enhance their marketability via public speaking, interview, and academic planning skills, to ultimately land their dream jobs at no cost to our clients! This includes comprehensive resume reviews, mock interviews, alongside technical and general career coaching services. We also believe in employing volunteers or candidates with exemplary talent, projects, and skill sets, not yet recognized by the larger workforce but visible to us. This empowers BYIA to provide a first job, internship, or help a seasoned professional re-enter the corporate world after a career break.
