Our strategic partnership with WWF Germany (World Wildlife Fund) is entering the next round and has been extended for the next three years! Together, we aim for a way to #CareBeyondSkin by doing business that respects planetary boundaries, tackling crucial areas like Climate, Freshwater, Biodiversity, Land Use, Supplier Engagement and Behavior Change. Since 2022, we have been on a transformative journey with the WWF, working hand-in-hand to make a meaningful difference within our company and supply chain. ???? ? This partnership extension means that we can continue driving critical sustainability work forward. Additionally, we are also going to continue to support impactful projects like the WWF project for sustainable palm oil. Nestled in the heart of Malaysia’s Borneo, this initiative is dedicated to sustainable palm oil cultivation and avoiding deforestation.?? ? Together with Evonik, we proudly support this project. That’s why our Corporate Sustainability VP Jean-Fran?ois Pascal recently visited Malaysia to witness the efforts firsthand – from reforested corridors to wildlife alert systems, underlining how simple but powerful the project’s approach is: ?? Protection: Preserve forests, wildlife, and watersheds.? ?? Production: Support farmers in adopting certified and sustainable palm oil practices.? ??
