The world is constantly changing – for better or for worse – and it can be overwhelming to deal with everything going on around you. While society is getting more comfortable discussing mental health, it can still be hard to know “Where to Start” when it comes to taking care of your well-being For 2024’s Mental Health Awareness Month, BHS joins the national movement to raise awareness about mental health with a digital toolkit available on our website at https://lnkd.in/gQZRwzRH. BHS provides support to our members and advocates to help embrace mental health in their own lives, at home and in the workplace.
