Lots of people call me Aly ?? ??I’m a L&D/Women’s Health RN turned Holistic Wellness Life Coach ?? ??My love and husband is Dave. We have lots of animals! ??????They keep us on our toes! ??He’s from NY, I’m from NC. When a yankee & a southern girl collide ?? I have 2 nephews and a great niece that I adore. Auntie life is the best! ???I love the outdoors & hiking to waterfalls. It might take me twice as long to get to the top, but it’s always worth it! ??I seem to always be in “school”. I’m a self-proclaimed learning enthusiast. ??I love travel and learning about other cultures. Although, I don’t get to do as much as I’d like. I’m working on that! ??We have made our home almost completely chemical free! ??I’m into Hemp Wellness! ?I love that our bodies have the ability to heal themselves if we allow & nuture that ??I have a thing for bees ??My fave words are Believe, Hope, Breathe, & Free-dom ?? ??I love supporting others to be happy & healthy! ??In my 26+ years of nursing, I've experienced lots of highs and lows. It took me being in a constant state of lows & some health issues to decide to make some changes. I’ve been down that road of feeling burnout, hopeless, and broken. ??I’ve been gifted the opportunity to create a safe space for others where we can be vulnerable, share our hearts, and work together to create a more fulfilling life. ??Breathwork is everything ??♀?Tapping & releasing trapped emotions is even more! ??I love connecting with people! Old friends and new ones! ??I’m here to offer support in a different light. I want to help others feel in control of their health and wellbeing from a holistic perspective. ??Know that I am here for you, to support and encourage you.
