“What you tell people is your story. What they say about you is your REPUTATION!” Yesterday, someone posted in the ClickFunnels Facebook Group and today a tinge of moisture filled my eyes on a message in the same thread. They were looking for a company to help find and place Virtual Assistants. Dozens of recommendations VA and agencies responded. Two people mentioned my name, and recommended BeeEPiC Outsourcing. I responded with a “Thank You” message. I then messaged the original poster on Facebook Messenger. I also replied publicly on the post, so others could see. I shared a little about our company and our unique NO MARK UP FEE, DIRECT HIRE MODEL. I shared a link so he could learn more. I told him, "If you're interested, reach out to me on WhatsApp." I went to bed. This morning, I woke up to a message from him. Still in bed, I sent a voice note. At 8:00 AM, we had a call. We got to know each other. He shared his background. I shared our approach. Shortly after the call my EA shared the payment links. He signed up. We started work on drafting the Job Description which we will use for matching. But it was what happened next that truly humbled me... and led to a little moisture in my eyes. He went back to his original post. And he left a comment (see image) I don't know why, the message hit differently. Not just because we won the client. But because he had taken the time to share his decision and experience. That was very touching. It was also a reminder. A reminder that reputation matters. That recommendations and referrals are powerful. That people choose to work with those they trust. And that every interaction is a chance to build that trust.
