Bee Downtown installs and maintains beehives on corporate campuses in urban areas to support sustainable urban agriculture while simultaneously providing turn key year-round employee engagement and leadership development programming to our partners. Our unique approach to onsite leadership development, paired with continuous specialized engagement throughout the year, has generated quite the buzz on many of the largest corporate campuses in the United States including Delta, AT&T, Chick-Fil-A, Burt’s Bees, SAS, Invesco, Georgia Power and more.

It was such a treat to bring some extra "sweetness" to the office! The Armour Yards employ-bees were super creative with their beeswax candle designs, and the Armour Yards bees crushed it this year, producing 295 pounds of honey between 2 hives! Thank you Northwood Office for your contributions to the good of the hive??
Armour Yards partnered with Bee Downtown to host a DIY candle-making event for our tenants! Attendees were invited to create beeswax candles and gifted a bottle of honey from hives on the property. ??

Last week, we celebrated six successful years of our beehives at Georgia World Congress Center Authority, along with the anniversary of our valued partners at Bee Downtown. This year, our dedicated bees produced an impressive 141 pounds of honey, contributing to our ongoing sustainability efforts. The GWCCA-Bee Downtown partnership has not only enhanced local pollination but also provided unique leadership training opportunities for our team members. We're proud of this initiative that underscores our commitment to environmental stewardship and community engagement. Here's to many more years!
