This Women’s History Month, we’re celebrating the strength, leadership and influence of the women who shape our communities and workplaces every day. At BECU, we’re proud to have women leaders at every level, fostering mentorship, growth and connection through the Women’s Leadership Group (WLG)—a network of over 600 women supporting each other personally and professionally. ? To kick off the month, we hosted an engaging session with Kristin Graham, who shared insights on imposter syndrome, the art of humblebragging and the power of positivity. Her discussion encouraged attendees to recognize their value, own their achievements and build confidence in their leadership journeys. ?
