Like we are dying to own them... This project is more than an office space—it’s a movement. Last week, we broke ground on WORKBENCH, our new office development in East Austin! Our CEO Jennifer Brener Seay, along with Shawna Sieck of Legacy Lighting and DeLea Becker of Beck-Reit Commercial Real Estate, LLC are equity partners and owners in this project. With just 3% of commercial real estate nationwide owned by women, WORKBENCH is a significant step forward for the industry. Kudos to the incredible women shaping this project, including Alison Satt Swinerton Builders overseeing sustainable design and Kim Power, AIA of Dick Clark + Associates bringing the architectural vision to life.
