Beck Flavors was thrilled to be a part of The Saint Louis Science Center's Sci-FEAST event this past Saturday. Attendees explored the science behind food, nutrition, and agriculture. It featured interactive presentations and activities covering topics like pet nutrition, global food science, culinary demonstrations, and beverage infusions. At the Beck table, kids learned the basics components that go into flavor creation. Then they put their taste buds to the test to see if they could identify the flavor. ?
