It's hard to believe that nearly 10 years ago, this Riverside Townhouse project made the cover of LUXE Interiors + Design. Dated to 1898, the residence was originally conceived by architect Clarence True who is credited for his innovative conception of the ground level brownstone stoop in Harlem and the Upper West Side. For the build out, we worked with the talented design team of Steven Harris Architects LLP RRP (Rees Roberts + Partners LLC) and Becht Engineering BT, Inc., making over the living space to accommodate the needs of a modern family while paying homage to True's architectural legacy.

He has been an integral member of our project management division since joining the firm over 32 years ago. An expert in providing capital planning advice to community associations, he was among the first group of professionals to receive the Reserve Specialist (RS) credential from CAI in 1999.?He played a key role in establishing the Becht presence in both the Washington DC and New England regions.? Tim's demonstrated expertise in building envelope services earned him certifications as a Registered Roof Observer (RRO) and Registered Exterior Wall Observer (REWO)?through the International Institute of Building Enclosures Consultants (IIBEC).?His ability to seamlessly interface with clients and manage projects to success sets him apart in the industry.?Tim will be leading our team of project managers in the NY Metro Project Management Division and collaborating with our engineering professionals to provide our expertise to the community association industry as well as the public/private sector. “Choosing Tim as our new Division Manager was one of the easiest decisions we've ever made.
