As National Energy Awareness Month comes to a close, we had the privilege of bringing leaders together at Holly Farms in Parkville, Maryland. We were honored to welcome Carolyn Snyder, Deputy Assistant Secretary for Buildings & Industry from the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE), who shared invaluable insights on energy efficiency and innovation, and Amit Gupta, CEO of Aeroseal who introduced air sealing technology many hadn’t yet seen but were using across multiple climate zones. Having certified more homes in the last year than any other from 2013-2023, we are proud to move forward in a final push towards 100% ZERH by 2025. Our success this far is thanks to our community - trade partners, energy providers, developers, realtors and Choice Lenders, and of course the Beazer team. Our Atlanta and Corporate teams had the honor of attending the GiGi's Playhouse Inc.- Down Syndrome Achievement Centers "i have a voice" Gala in Atlanta. Gigi's Playhouse works with individuals with Down Syndrome through all walks of life, and places emphasis on developing life skills that will help lead to independent living, college, and beyond. We are proud to work with such an important organization on the renovation of their Atlanta facility's kitchen to enhance the opportunities for teens and adults to learn cooking skills. #DownSyndromeAwarenessMonth

Beazer had the incredible opportunity to attend TwitchCon 2024 with Fisher House Foundation! We were honored to meet and share the work that Fisher House does, and had the pleasure of meeting individuals who had stayed at a Fisher House in the past. We met some of the Twitch Streamers who are part of the Fisher House Groundbreakers program, comprised of streamers who commit to stream on behalf of Fisher House to spread the word about the amazing services military members, veterans, and their families can access through the Fisher House Foundation. We were thrilled to "power" the Fisher House Foundation at such a dynamic event! #TwitchCon2024
