The Beaver Watershed Alliance was formed in 2011 to establish programming to maintain high quality drinking water in Beaver Lake and improve water quality on the Beaver Lake Watershed. The Alliance represents a diverse stakeholder group from conservation, education, water utilities, technical and science, business, agriculture, recreation, and local government groups working together for the cause of clean water.

This new initiative for 2024 signifies Boatsetter’s dedication to environmental stewardship by inviting its community of boat owners to nominate their favorite environmental non-profit organizations. ?? Congratulations to all 9 recipients, including Lake Winnipesaukee Association, Suncoast Waterkeeper, Beaver Watershed Alliance, The Local Octopus Foundation, Oceana, Valhalla Sailing Project, Captains For Clean Water, FlatsWorthy Inc, and Onward Industries (501(c)3 organization)! "I’m amazed to learn about all the incredible organizations fighting to restore and maintain our water resources," said Natalie Faron, Boatsetter's Sustainability Lead.
