We celebrated the groundbreaking of the Culinary Health Center Tropicana. This fourth health center will provide access to state-of-the-art, high-quality health care for Culinary members and their families. Culinary Durango opened in 2023, and North Las Vegas will open this year. These centers represent the Culinary Union’s commitment and investment in the well-being of its members, who are the heartbeat of our community. It’s humbling to be the architect of these facilities, which provide life-changing access for so many.
