?? February is American Heart Month—a time to prioritize your heart health and take steps toward a stronger, healthier future! Your heart works hard for you every day, so show it some love with these simple yet powerful habits: ?? Eat Heart-Healthy Foods – Add more fruits, veggies, whole grains, and lean proteins while cutting back on salt and processed foods. ????♀?Move More – Aim for at least 150 minutes of moderate exercise per week. A daily walk, dance session, or even stretching counts! Try doing activity in 10 minute increments. ?? Know Your Numbers – Keep track of your blood pressure, cholesterol, and blood sugar levels. High numbers can increase your risk of heart disease. ?? Quit Smoking & Limit Alcohol – Smoking damages your heart and arteries, and excessive alcohol can raise blood pressure.
