Beacon is honored to be recognized for continued ESG leadership in the 2023 GRESB Assessment. This year, Beacon submitted data for two of its active commingled funds (BCSP 7 and 8) and for a joint venture portfolio. All three portfolios maintained their five-star ratings and scored a full 30 out of 30 points for Management. Beacon also received #1 rankings in two peer comparisons – our BCSP 8 Fund in the U.S. Office: Corporate/Value-added category and a joint venture portfolio in Diversified/Opportunistic category. ?
