LeadHERship Summit last week, and it was a special event for BDR's Audrey Hoge who has recently stepped into a new leadership role as President for Women in Healthcare's Georgia Chapter. Erin Carlson, AIA, EDAC, CSSBB, Madlyn Wright, and Audrey Hoge represent BDR and this organization well by continuing to support each other in advancing women’s roles in healthcare and showing personal growth and advancement in the industry.

Piedmont Newton Healthcare celebrated a major milestone yesterday with the opening of the ICU after a complex refresh. This project required a lot of coordination and long hours to keep everything on track, but this critical space is now ready to serve patients in the community. Congratulations to Evan Maynor, Daniel Thigpen, AC and Gayle Sanders, MAcc, as well as Frandsen Architects and McCarthy Building Companies, Inc. on this great accomplishment!

Role: Project Manager for BDR Partners Kellie Fletcher is a seasoned Project Manager at BDR Partners, a program management firm representing owners across various sectors, including higher education, private K-12, healthcare, and municipalities. With more than 15 years of experience in construction and facilities management, she has made a significant impact in both the private and public sectors. Kellie holds a B.S. in Architectural Design from North Carolina A&T State University and an M.S. in Urban Planning from Savannah State University. An active alumnus, she is dedicated to supporting HBCU graduates in entering architecture, engineering, and construction careers. She previously worked as a Project Manager for Georgia’s State Financing and Investment Commission (GSFIC). Now serving as the President of NAWIC Atlanta, Kellie is also a board member of the Georgia Association of State Facilities Administrators (GASFA) and the Construction Management Association of America (CMAA) – South Atlantic Chapter (CMAA).
