It’s a big old world with lots of sights to see and a growing bunch of grandkids to spoil so it’s time to close up shop for BD Blackwell Consulting and take another step toward retirement. Many thanks to my clients and colleagues for 8 years. A special thanks to Scott Johnson , Mike Cooper and Bob Evans for supporting me on projects from time to time. I’ll continue to cross paths with many of you as I plan to continue to work part time for Warrant Technologies LLC (Warrant) for the foreseeable future. Add in grandkids, camping, travel, golf, fishing, etc and I’m not likely to be bored anytime soon. Thanks to all!

Great list…
So many of these are easily forgotten in the leadership industry. Leaders must lead, not just from the front or the top…but alongside their team as well. “Serve to lead”. #2 I’ll update to: “constructive criticism” is crucial to growth for leaders and organizations (however, there are also those who will certainly use a narcissistic approach to elevate themselves.
