We’re thrilled to have been part of the collaborative design process for Swinerton’s new office at South Landing, working alongside Swinerton, McKinstry, Emerald Initiative, and Freeform. Amanda Sellsted, our lead designer, worked hard to infuse Swinerton’s brand identity throughout the space, creating a workplace that is not only visually aligned with their values but also supports their future growth. We were intentional about designing a space that could accommodate both their expanding team and their desire to host community engagement events. This project was a true collaboration, and it was such an enjoyable process to see it come to life. Is Throwback Thursday still a thing? In the busy world of AEC, it has to be to keep up with all the fun being had! Last Thursday, Team BCRA showed up at the Swinerton Cornhole Competition and had a blast! While we may not have taken home the top prize, our BCRA team had an amazing time battling it out. The competition was fierce—some even showed up with matching outfits! But in the end, we all walked away with smiles, high-fives, and a cold beer in hand.
