Life is full of what-ifs, but with an advance healthcare directive, you can have peace of mind about the future. These documents, also referred to as living wills, give you the ability to outline what care you would like to receive in the event of an emergency. In addition to outlining your wishes, it can also help reduce uncertainty and disagreements amongst your loved ones. At BCHIP, members of our team are certified to help you create an advance directive that meets your needs. We can offer guidance, answer questions, and explain more about how and when these documents can be used. While the official event date is November 21, 2024, there’s no better time than the present to quit smoking! This event is sponsored by the American Cancer Society. It's a day to recognize the dangers of smoking and consider the benefits of quitting, encouraging you to get on the path to healthier living. Along with the American Cancer Society, we want to empower you on your quitting journey. We offer free smoking cessation classes and nicotine replacement options to those who qualify. We can work together to crush this habit!

Support groups can provide critical friendship, even when you join as a complete stranger. Doylestown Health offers a breastfeeding support group and Moms’ Meetup to provide supportive environments for the ups and downs of being a new mom. https://lnkd.in/er7R2eZM

We have secured funding for individuals in Bucks County who want to become or level up their certifications as a home health aid, personal care aid, or nursing assistant.
