Following a water leak on this project, we've made several significant updates, including renovations to the kitchen and bathroom, installation of a new washer and dryer, updated flooring, and a fresh coat of paint throughout. The kitchen now includes modern appliances and stylish countertops, while the bathroom offers contemporary fixtures for a clean modern feel. The new flooring enhances the unit's aesthetic, and the fresh paint creates a vibrant atmosphere.
