We are thrilled with the progress of our new flex space which will be located off Industry Rd. on the side of Eastland Shopping Center. This space will fill a need for this type of retail in Lexington and we are proud to partner with Dean Builds, Inc. on this job!
We are pleased to continue our relationship with our friends BC Wood Properties on a new flex space facility at the Eastland Shopping Center in Lexington! Consisting of 2 new pre-engineered metal buildings totaling approximately 27,000 square feet, the new flex facility will hold up to 9 new tenants, providing them with warehouse and retail space. Our crews worked hard to get this early morning placement of approximately 410 yards of concrete poured before 8am! #BuildSafeLiveWell
