HollywoodHUB is a 12-story, 222-unit transit-oriented development. The groundbreaking ceremony was held on January 17th. The project is a mixed-use and mixed-income being built next to a Max light rail station and is a hub for housing, transit, equity, and community. The project is led by BRIDGE Housing. The affordable housing development is aimed towards families earning between 30-60% of the Area Median Income.
