When Nike, the global symbol of athletic excellence and performance, came to BC Design Haus, they had a clear goal: Inspire their team members to bring the same dedication to the workplace as they do on the field. They needed an internal print ad campaign to promote their employee performance program, and they wanted something unique—something bold. The challenge? How to inspire greatness from within. Nike wanted to cultivate a culture of performance, not just in the gym or on the track but right in the office. The campaign needed to go beyond the usual corporate messaging. It had to reflect Nike’s brand of dynamic energy, serving as a daily visual reminder for employees to embrace excellence in their work. And, in true Nike fashion, it needed to be impactful and completed within a tight three-week timeline. Our approach? BC Design Haus took on the challenge with the goal of creating a campaign that could motivate Nike employees every day. We developed a series of oversized murals showcasing iconic Nike athletes in powerful, action-filled poses. These visuals transformed the workspace, turning hallways and communal spaces into inspiring reminders of Nike’s high standards. We avoided the typical motivational quotes and corporate design styles, choosing instead to celebrate Nike’s core values—greatness, resilience, and passion for performance. The campaign wasn’t just confined to walls; it extended to print collateral and banners strategically placed throughout Nike’s facilities, ensuring that every space contributed to the atmosphere of inspiration and excellence. The results? Since the launch of the campaign, Nike has seen a remarkable 56% increase in productivity. The murals and banners are now a permanent feature, consistently boosting morale and reminding employees of the brand’s dedication to greatness. California Beef Jerky came to us with a mission: stand out in the crowded snack aisle with a bold new look. As a local brand with limited reach, they needed a fresh identity that could go head-to-head with industry giants and a package that practically leaped off the shelves. When CBJ first approached BC Design Haus, their packaging was simple—a clear pouch with a basic label. While the product inside was delicious, the branding lacked the visual punch needed to make a statement among competitors like Krave and Perky Jerky. Retailers were reluctant to stock the product, and CBJ knew they needed to make a change to capture market share. Our challenge? To elevate California Beef Jerky to the level of a true contender by creating a retail-friendly package that would turn heads and build brand loyalty. To develop a unique visual identity for CBJ, we dove into the world of beef jerky and researched emerging trends. Our team crafted mood boards that helped us pinpoint the right balance of bold flavors and contemporary style. We wanted the packaging to reflect not just taste but also the adventurous spirit of the California lifestyle. From there, we completely overhauled the package design. We designed a logo that was dynamic, colorful, and appealing to both men and women. Our goal was to disrupt the category and make California Beef Jerky a brand that consumers remember. With sleek typography, vibrant colors, and a brand story that connected CBJ’s new look was ready to turn heads in retail. The results? After launching the redesigned packaging, California Beef Jerky saw a remarkable 200% increase in sales. Retailers began taking notice, and consumers found themselves drawn to the bold new look that conveyed both quality and flavor.
