Jan has over 20 years of consulting experience in the environmental due diligence industry and contamination assessment/remediation industry for a wide range of local and national clients, including banks, agency lenders, investment banks, life insurance companies, law firms, real estate developers, and property owners. Jan has conducted, managed, and directed the completion of thousands of environmental site assessments in accordance with ASTM E1527, the USEPA All Appropriate Inquiry rules, and other client-specific scopes of work. In addition, Jan has conducted, managed, and directed numerous subsurface investigations to assess soil and groundwater contamination at petroleum storage tanks, dry cleaning, agricultural and industrial facilities. He has provided technical guidance and strategy to clients and served as the liaison between clients and regulatory agencies to achieve site closure, closure through Risk Based Corrective Action, and site redevelopment at numerous contaminated sites.
