This is not only a testament to our growth in the last two years but also a defining moment for us as an organisation! Needless to say, this brilliant team of industry professionals will help guide our team through complex tech decisions that will help us scale our impact effectively. Their support will help amplify our impact in continuing to empower young individuals in the digital economy by bridging the digital skills gap at a local, regional, and global level. Thabang Ledwaba is a software engineer at BBD Software with 12 years of experience in tech, and a champion of skills development and tech innovation. Finding passionate tech talent is very close to his heart; he believes in changing lives using technology as a springboard for success.? Daniel Mould is a principal software engineer at Arrived, a FinTech company focused on real estate solutions in Washington. With over 20 years of experience in the software industry, Daniel brings diverse knowledge in system design, backend tech landscape development, and cloud solutions. With the support from Daniel and Thabang, we are laying the groundwork for stronger decision-making around the technology and systems that we utilise as an organisation to more effectively support our learners to transition into high-value career opportunities. We are excited and ready to scale to new heights and drive transformative impact in bridging the digital skills gap in Africa and beyond!
