The countdown is OVER. Ferris Bueller Luck strikes again. Just straight up huge news for Team Damages here at BBC Law, LLP, as we welcome the amazing Michelle Dibadj to our group as a new partner. Ferris Bueller Luck. I have Ferris Bueller Luck today. I have known Michelle for about six years now and sort of like catching a baseball a Wrigley or narrowly avoiding Ed Rooney, I cannot believe the luck involved in having someone of Michelle's caliber join our team. Michelle is (ahem): ? A Nurse ? An Attorney ? A Nurse Attorney (just wanted to say it again) ? A Former Senior Director of Claims and Litigation for a major non-profit health system. ? A dynamic and wonderful human being ? Ridiculously experienced in the management of big time claims and serving to counsel healthcare providers in risk reduction strategies ? Basically the 1961 Ferrari 250GT California that Ferris drives all over Chicago. Less than 100 were made according to the movie. (Definitely check out her bio in the comments and see just how hilarious it would have been if I had ever said "Can you send me your CV?" It should have been the other way around.) Ferris Bueller has always been my go to reference for describing the absurd luck I have experienced throughout my life and career that I can't quite explain nor do I fully deserve. But I'm sure going to enjoy this and I'm going to spread some enthusiasm about it.... So let's sing in a parade in downtown Chicago, let's work on some Voodoo Economics, and let's take a deep dive on life care plans (which move pretty fast if you don't stop and look at them once in a while). Team Damages now has four partners and a paralegal extraordinaire working on these issues exclusively. Team Damages has lawyers who spent a combined 45 years inside major hospital systems that are now on the outside working on every aspect of damages in major claims. Team Damages now has Michelle Dibadj "The question isn't 'what are we going to do?', the question is 'what aren't we going to do?'" ---Ferris

Congratulations to Marc Zingarini on a Defense verdict in Middlesex County, NJ! The jury returned an 8-0 verdict finding no liability on our client. The case revolved around an accident at a warehouse facility?constituting a violation of the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Act.?Great work by Marc and his team!
