I hold a Bachelor's degree in German and a Master’s in Management and Leadership. With over 15 years of experience in education and a recent background as an SEO Specialist, I’ve had the opportunity to work across all levels of education, from preschool to college. My roles have included high school teacher, college instructor, academic advisor, and college registrar. I’m deeply passionate about fostering community engagement, mutual support, and personal growth. I believe that instilling these values in children from an early age empowers them to exceed their expectations and realize their full potential. In my free time, I enjoy reading, crafting, and painting with my wonderful husband and our 5-year-old daughter, who dreams of becoming a doctor. I have lived in Lima, Ohio for the past 17 years. I was raised in Spencerville, OH and I have lived and worked in several different states across the country. My formal education background is in Business, History and Economics, which I worked in for 15 years. I wanted to start in the grassroots of things and left my job in business and became an emergency certified teacher in a school in Kentucky. My education background includes: teacher, instructor, center director, admissions counselor and tutor. I have always enjoyed my time in the educational system and love including my knowledge and ideas to help young people grow and flourish.
