This powerful collective of women leaders across sports, entertainment, and business, and more, embody the shared belief that "if you can see it, you can be it". According to recent CDC data, 3 in 5 teen girls in the U.S. are facing mental health challenges, which can have lasting implications for their career readiness and overall social and academic success. Research shows that positive mentoring relationships can significantly enhance self-esteem and confidence among girls, as they navigate the pressures of adolescence and beyond. Together, in collaboration with this dynamic coalition of women Game Changers, we will amplify the power of positive mentorship across industries and communities, to create access and opportunities for young women who need it the most.
