The Center for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) has officially released the 2025 premiums. Each year, Part A and Part B rates are adjusted in alignment with the Social Security Act. The rates reflect costs and usage predictions, while average Part D premiums reflect bids submitted by private insurers and are capped at a 6% yearly increase.? ? The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) has announced the new premiums, deductibles and co-pay amounts for 2025. These adjustments occur each year to align with the new cost-of-living adjustment (COLA) rate, which is done in line with the Social Security Act.
