This article dives into the challenges and opportunities shaping the market. Last year Bayview PACE closed $3.5 million in C-PACE financing for a mixed-use asset at 66 Main St. in Yonkers. The 10-story property encompasses 170 apartments and 19,900 square feet of retail space on the ground floor.
