Bayswater is a Denver based oil and gas development company that was founded in 2004. Bayswater has historically owned and operated properties throughout the Rocky Mountains, the Mid-Continent Region, California, and the Permian Basin. The company’s current operations are focused in the DJ Basin Codell-Niobrara play and in the Permian Basin. Since 2010, Bayswater has been a principal in a series of energy funds, and in 2016 became a Registered Investment Advisor and closed its third Fund on October 20, 2017 (Bayswater Elgin Natural Resources Fund III) at $390 Million. The hallmark of Bayswater’s current strategy is to focus on the top plays and basins within the United States. In general, these plays typically: -have low break even points; -have type well economics; -are supported by a robust and competitive service sector; -have sufficient infrastructure to gather, process and transport production to market; and -have a history of industry players developing and utilizing over time, new or enhanced methods and techniques in drilling, and completing productive wells on a more cost efficient basis.

Bayswater is a proud participant in the Weld County Junior Livestock Sale and supporter of Weld and Colorado young agricultural leaders. Yesterday, we hosted our second annual BBQ lunch at our new field office in Greeley to enjoy some barbecued and grilled meats from our purchases with our community. Thanks to our Colorado staff, surface owners, local city and county officials, and Colorado trade associations for joining us! We hope to see you next year!

ICYMI: check out this Midland Reporter-Telegram article to learn more about Bayswater’s trail-blazing drilling operations in the Permian Basin! “Bayswater has amassed over 30,000 acres in eastern Howard and northwestern Mitchell counties and Fisher said the acreage lends itself to the 2.5-mile laterals. Bayswater has already drilled 45 Wolfcamp A wells, 24 of which are in production and 21 are in various stages of completion. The company could drill hundreds of Wolfcamp A wells, Fisher said.” https://lnkd.in/gUPnecmp

2024 is a notable milestone for Bayswater. This year, Bayswater celebrates our 20th anniversary as a company. Last week, we had the opportunity to celebrate this incredible milestone with many of our current Bayswater team members—from both of our Colorado offices and even a couple folks from our Texas office—along with a handful of Bayswater alumni who helped pave the way during the last 20 years. Thank you to all Bayswater employees past and present who helped us achieve 20 years of success as a company!

Every year, Bayswater is a proud participant in the Weld County Junior Livestock Sale to support the young agricultural leaders in Weld County, the base of our Colorado operations. Yesterday afternoon, Steve Struna, President and CEO, and Tyler Greenly, Field Superintendent, represented Bayswater at the sale and purchased multiple animals, including the Reserve Grand Champion Steer and the Reserve Grand Champion Goat. Thanks to Weld County Fair for another great year! We will see you next July!

A great value-add for our Texas operations. ? “Bayswater Exploration & Production has taken its Midland Basin oil play far east into Mitchell County where a high carbonate content ‘gives us a chance to really compete with the big guys.’” ? https://lnkd.in/gC3UXiDS
