Bayland Buildings has partnered with JM Schmidt & Sons, Inc. to bring their newly constructed milking center to life. ???? Our team has proudly constructed a new 60-stall DeLaval rotary milking facility, featuring a new holding area and a connection breezeway to their existing freestall barn. This project also includes a second floor viewing area of the milking facility. Additional support rooms such as a kitchen, locker room, and offices, along with enclosed and exterior loading bays to enhance operational efficiency. The impressive parlor is built with a durable steel building package by our affiliate company, AgriSteel | AGS Fabrication, while the holding area and connection breezeway showcase a wood-steel hybrid design. This collaboration exemplifies our commitment to quality and innovation in the agricultural sector. #InTheCommunity Today, our employee-owners interacted with over 3,000 8th-grade students and teachers throughout the Northeast WI Area at the Resch Expo Center. It was another great year at the “Find Your Inspiration” event hosted by the Greater Green Bay Chamber. Students had the opportunity to learn about a career in construction by wearing hard hats, learning how to use a hammer, handle steel, and ask questions.
