Grab your hard hats its time for a hard hat tour! Join us for a behind the scenes look at "The Ridge", a new mixed-use development in Pleasant Ridge. This five-story building features 82 apartment units, including 65 one-bedroom apartments and 17 two-bedroom/two-bath units, all designed with a traditional Tudor style. The development includes 6,000 square feet of ground-floor commercial space and 96 parking spaces, with additional parking arranged through a partnership with a local church.
