The Bayar Fellowship, established in 2020, is a unique nonprofit scholarship and fellowship organization with a mission to identify, nurture, and champion the emerging leaders of the next generation. Our primary focus revolves around empowering low-income high school students, guiding them toward a deeper understanding of business while fostering a commitment to public service. With the aim to lay a robust foundation for financial literacy, we incubate the entrepreneurs and community forerunners of the future. Every recipient of the Bayar Fellowship benefits from tailored mentorships, aligning them with seasoned professionals in their fields of interest, ensuring they receive unparalleled guidance throughout their academic and professional pathways. Moreover, our support extends beyond mentorship. We provide them with financial backing, coupled with access to a dynamic network of accomplished peers, ensuring their success in every venture. To date, we have proudly awarded over $2000 in grants, further cementing our commitment to uplifting students throughout their educational journey.

Join us on 1/17 at 9pm ET for our panel on interview training! This event is open to anyone who is preparing to go through college / internship / employment interviews. Our event will feature successful alumni from the Ivy League, as well as current and former employees of firms such as Google, BCG, Goldman Sachs, Citibank, Coca-Cola, Virtu, Walmart, and more. We will cover how to succeed in college interviews and internship / employment interviews using first-hand experiences interviewing candidates and being interviewed. In addition, come learn about our fellowship and what we have to offer, as well as participate in breakout room sessions with our panelists to ask them specific questions that you might have.
