Susie joined BAYADA as a nurse in 1991 and is now a Transitional Care Director. Early in her career, she cared for Joey, a client with restrictive lung disease. When a carnival came to town, Joey dreamed of riding the Ferris wheel. Despite her nerves, Susie made it happen—holding emergency equipment 100 feet in the air to keep him safe.
