Thank you to everyone who has participated in our monthly photo contest! February's winner captured a stunning moment from a solar project, showcasing the precision and expertise of Bay Crane’s heavy hauling and rigging capabilities.? ? This Solar project involved the transportation and positioning of a 200,100 lb component. Utilizing a Kenworth C500 pulling a six-deck-six THP configuration, alongside the HydraSlide 500T Jack and Slide System, Bay Crane successfully executed this project. The oversized piece, measuring 26 feet 2 inches in length, 9 feet 7 inches in width, and 12 feet 10 inches in height, was transported approximately 40 miles from Baldwin, MI, to Hart, MI.? ? This winning photograph showcases the complexity and scale of the operation, highlighting Bay Crane’s commitment to safety, precision, and innovation in heavy hauling. The contest, held monthly, celebrates the hard work and dedication of Bay Crane’s team members across various projects. ?
